How stunning is the moon and her halo in the starry night sky?

If this is your second time receiving this message, I apologize. I was doing a little bit of experimenting and it went awry!

Yesterday morning, I woke up with considerable anxiety, specifically about my corporate work. This is odd, considering I am on medical leave and haven’t worked more than two weeks since December. I wasn’t sure if what I was experiencing was individual to me or if it was more of a collective anxiety. 

I sent a voice message to my best friend, who is also a colleague and highly intuitive, both to get it out of my body and to get her read on the situation. 

While making coffee, I tapped into my spirit team, The Lightwing, for guidance. Turns out, the anxiety was collective. Here’s what they shared:

There’s a massive shift happening at a tectonic level, and everyone is feeling it. There are major changes needed in order for us to get to the next step. In order for us to make massive change. Those who are sensitive will feel this more acutely than those who are less sensitive or turned off to their inner knowing. The frequencies are strong. Breathe through them, and know that there will be something different on the other side.

It is as though the ground is moving beneath your feet, but you’re standing still. The change that’s needed is to bring the collective consciousness to a higher elevation. To bring people together where they have been pulled apart. To create peace where there has been chaos. To allow all to see that there is more in common than there is different. This will take time. This is not the first tectonic shift. There will be others. There have been others. Remember to breathe and hold yourself through it. Allow yourself to be changed by it.

If you’ve been experiencing anxiety, headaches, nausea, dizziness, ringing or buzzing in the ears, mood swings, other feelings of discomfort, or generally feeling unwell, this is likely why. This, too, shall pass, and until it does, listen to what your body needs and take some contemplative space to consider what these emotions and sensations are telling you. 

My self care for the anxiety I had experienced included meditation, discussing how the energetics were coming through at work with my best friend, gently reminding myself that the impending changes were out of my control, and taking a walk with my pup, Potato.

I value both truth and privacy, and I think that we all have our own truths and perceptions from our shared lived experiences. The paywall serves to bring aspects of privacy to a digital space in which I can more safely share and explore alongside others also seeking to take radical responsibility for their journeys in this lifetime.
