What can I do to give myself over to my authenticity and alignment?
Allow space and time for the answers to flow. Do not rush this process or will it to be over. Give every sensation a name. Notice the memories that arise and the sensations they create. Give them over to the Universe. Remind yourself that you are safe.
Give yourself permission to take positive action to shift your energy and elevate your being.
